Who we are

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, username, location (state and area), profile photo and bio, what you do on Minon (requests, quotes, posts, messages, reviews, orders), and basic device information used to send phone notifications if you allow them. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never receive your Google password.

How we use it

To run your account, connect you with providers and clients, process payments through our payment partner Credo, send notifications and emails about your activity, prevent fraud and abuse (for example, duplicate accounts in our referral campaign), and improve the service.

What other people can see

Your public profile shows your username, name, photo, bio, location, trade and reviews. Your phone number and email are never shown on your public profile. Messages are visible only to the people in the conversation. Photos, voice notes and documents sent in chat are deleted automatically 10 minutes after they are opened.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Minon (for example, hosting, email, payments and push notifications), when you ask us to, or when the law requires.

Keeping your data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to correct or delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

Under Nigerian data protection law you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Contact us using the details above.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and private storage, but no system is perfectly secure. Use a strong password and keep it private.
